To strengthen our motivated Group Human Resources & Internal Communication Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate HR Legal Counsel (m/f/d) for 20-25 hours/week.

Your Role

• You act as the right hand of our Head of Group HR and the International Business Partners, providing expert advice on employment law matters
• You define and maintain employment law standards
• You design and manage employment and management contracts, and develop policies and guidelines for our leaders in close collaboration with local experts and/or external law firms
• You manage employment-related legal disputes, liaise with external counsel, and represent the company’s position
• You lead and support contractual negotiations with our leaders, ensuring clarity, fairness, and alignment with company standards
• You support the preparation of presentations and materials for specific projects and occasions
• You are hands-on, collaborative, and ready to contribute wherever your expertise adds value

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in law, ideally with a specialisation in employment law (preferably Austrian and/or German)
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained in a law firm, consultancy, and/or the Legal/HR department of an international organisation
• You have a strong understanding of employment relations and a proven track record of successfully managing diverse employment-related matters
• You are skilled at seting clear priorities and delivering results efficiently in a dynamic environment
• You excel at building and maintaining trusted, effective relationships, particularly with leaders
• You communicate with confidence and precision, in both German and English (C-level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 80,000 gross all-in on a full-time basis is offered, according to your qualifications and professional experience.
